Our story begins with Varun Chamadiya, who was born in 1983 and whose life was an unequalled example of inner drive to innovate.
Mr. Varun is the Founder of Proactive ‘I’ an education & innovation company. Its mantra is to Democratize Excellence.
Proactive ‘I’ conduct workshops for students, teachers, families & corporates on Life Skills called the 8 building blocks. World class educators such as Dr. Edward De Bono, Tony Buzan, Richard Bandler, Anthony Robbins, Prof. Ganesh P Bagaria, etc, are major contributors to the body of knowledge used. Mr. Varun Chamadiya has the privilege of being trained with many of them.
- Varun has the following credentials :
- Certified in CORT Thinking program by the father of lateral thinking, Dr. Edward De Bono.
- A Tony License Instructor (TLI) for Mind Maps and Innovation by the inventor of mind maps Tony Buzan.
- Certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming by the originator of NLP. Richard Bandler.
Having trained over 24,000 students and clients such as Just Dial, Ogilvy, Mercedes, World Auto Forum, SRCC, IIT Hyderabad, IIM Indore, AKS University to name a few.
Varun takes pride in running an innovation lab named “UZOOBAZEBAKA”, which stands for “I don’t know how, but I will“. This innovation lab has incubated several ventures such as “Soulify Gifts”, “4th Environment”, “Lazibulance”, “Divine Connect”, “My earth my relationships”. This lab helps organizations to innovate and grow. Most of the workshops have been designed using human centered research Design Thinking.
Varun draws its inspiration from IDEO, a product design and consulting firm based out of Palo Alto California after getting drop out during his MBA tenure. Currently his main focus is to take significant steps towards democratising excellence through building the Teacher’s Academy. It’s vision is to make it a globally respected, first of its kind teacher’s academy.
